If you relax and just feel your inner core energy, you will feel the love and bliss which you are.Conscious breathing helps me with this process. When I feel a certain way and I choose to change the way I feel, I just consciously breathe and bring that issue to my mind and then choose another thought or way of looking at it and decide what I wish to create in the moment about this issue.
How I would like to see it unfold in future?."I feel I am dragging emotionally, that I am stuck, perhaps depressed a bit.".What I would say is, there is a message here for you. My question would be more how you would like life to change. Alternatively, where would you rather be than where you are? What would you choose to feel and experience emotionally now?.
The answers to these questions may give you an indication of a new direction in your life. Is the issue the place, the people or just your own feelings and emotions? Really, there is nothing wrong with the place or the people other than the way I see them showing up for me.Take a deep look at your beliefs regarding this issue, as you may have learned something in the past from your parents, partner, religion, or school that is no longer serving you now.Beliefs underlie our thoughts and feelings and shape our actions and reactions. It is quite often our belief system that we compare feelings and emotions to.Look deeper into yourself and reach down to your soul level, check how you feel on these deeper levels, and see what rings true here.
Connect to your inner spiritual essence and check the alignment there.If something feels right and true on a soul level, yet your beliefs are in conflict, look back to see the source of those beliefs and look deeply into the belief to see if it is actually true or just a past thought you are holding instead of releasing and letting go.Human Consciousness is changing rapidly at the moment and we need to stay present in the now. Our awareness is naturally expanding and we are able to use more of our mind to experience both what is outside of ourselves and what is within us. Staying conscious of both levels help us to become integrated and whole.Life is expanding and becoming multi-dimensional, and yet more connected and integrated at the same time.
Take time for yourself; look within as much as you look without; and experience the full range of Life and Love which you are.
